Based in Camden, London we have provided women with exquisite outfit choices for over 8 years and have a consistent and loyal customer base.

We love what we do however, we want to grow our (already established) online presence further. To continue with our exceptional products to a wider audience, we are searching for a Content & Social Media Executive. The Role

The role is fast-paced but extremely exciting for anyone who has an eye for fashion! We need someone who is a quick learner and who is prepared to take a level of autonomy around the work they produce. We require you to be independent and strong in the following areas:

Social Media

Content creation for all social media accounts including:

• Management of internal social calendar ensuring posts go out at the best times of day to drive maximum engagement

• Development of social media content via ideas generation, industry and supplier research

• Branded template creation for additional content for events, product launches and industry events.

• Advertising within the relevant groups and pages

• Regular hashtag research to ensure we stay relevant and up to date

• Imagery management from our inventory

• Posting social images and copy to socials

• Posting reels & stories and copy to socials

Social media account management:

• Increasing following

• Increasing engagement with relevant hashtags

• Working with our suppliers in order to create collaborative campaigns on Instagram

• Sourcing and managing relationships with local influencers to assist in the promotion of our store and stock

• Weekly and monthly reports on audience engagement and how it is impacting the revenue for the business

Influencer Marketing

• Identify influential or inspiring people who fit with the brand ethos
• Liaise with social influencers to create content on a gift for post basis
• Pre plan collaborations for future drops
• Organise delivery and return of any influencer gifts/loans

Events

• Assisting with the management and organisation of personal and virtual events

• Creating event project plans for the team to adhere to

• Event admin i.e. research, bookings and troubleshooting management

• Making bookings and handling relationships with event suppliers

Graphic Design

• Creation of any additional brand assets
• Create styling guides for particular drops

Campaign Shoots

• Assist the design team with concepts for seasonal brand campaigns
• Assisting with campaign and e-commerce shoots

Advisory

Idea generation and inspiration for the following areas:

• Social media

• Blogs

• Events

Support

• Review and feedback on blogs provided by our copywriter

• Upload blogs (provided by the copywriter) and ensure SEO is optimal

The Individual & Experience Required:

We require a self-starter who isn’t afraid to get stuck in and drive the business forward. We would rather test an idea and find it's not overly successful than do nothing at all! As such the individual we are looking for will need:

Essential:

• 2+ years' worth of experience in content marketing within the retail, eCommerce and/or luxury fashion space
• Experience in reporting on social key metrics to provide data driven content that performs
• Experienced with all social media platforms. Instagram, Facebook, Tiktok, Twitter, Pinterest

• A keen interest in the fashion industry with a thirst to learn more

• A can-do attitude

• An eye for detail

• Fast learner

• Teamer player

• A good understanding of adobe photoshop

Salary negotiable subject to experience
