SHIPPING
All our orders are lovingly packed in eco-friendly protective outers and sent on tracked hassle-free DHL express delivery services. Shipping within the UK costs £9 and will be delivered next-day if placed before 2pm. Orders placed after 2pm will be delivered within 2-4 working days.
Shipping to the rest of the world costs £25 and will be delivered within 2-6 working days.
Same Day Delivery option is available for London postcode orders placed before 2pm, for a fee of £20. We send these orders via Gophr Courier, who use eco-friendly bicycle delivery wherever possible to minimise ecological impact. Simply select the Local Delivery option at checkout, and our customer service team will be in touch to coordinate when you would like your order delivered.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES
We offer free worldwide returns.
If you are unhappy with your order, you have 30 working days to return to us. Returns will only be accepted if the clothes are unworn and have all labels still attached. Once checked and accepted by our team, you will be refunded the amount you paid for the item, less postage.
